The Shop in Megabonk allows players to buy permanent upgrades that improve their runs. These upgrades stay active across all runs and help players progress faster.

How to Unlock the Shop

The Shop is not available at the start of the game. There are no secret conditions or hidden tasks to unlock it.

To unlock the Shop:

• Complete quests to make progress.
• Keep checking the main menu after each quest.
• The Shop will appear after completing enough quests.

How to Use the Shop

When the Shop becomes available, players can spend resources to buy upgrades that stay active for all future runs.

Main upgrades include:

• Extra Tome Slots – give more power options.
• Extra Weapon Slots – allow characters like the Fox to carry more weapons.
• Utility Items – improve run consistency and flexibility.

Many players buy the Extra Weapon Slot first. It costs 50 Unlocks and gives a big advantage during runs.
