How to Unlock
To unlock the Toxic Barrel, the player must kill 2,000 enemies using Poison damage.
Strategy & Synergies
This item provides excellent area-of-effect poison application, punishing any enemy that manages to hit you.
- It is a great way to apply poison to a large number of enemies at once, especially when swarmed.
- It synergizes perfectly with items that benefit from having many enemies poisoned, such as Gas Mask.
- It can also be used in "on-damage-taken" builds alongside items like Cactus or Kevin.
