Gas Mask is an Epic Item in Megabonk. It enhances defense and healing whenever poisoned enemies are present.
How to Unlock
Kill 5,000 enemies using Amog.
Strategy & Synergies
- Central to poison-based builds that rely on spreading status effects.
- Combines with Moldy Cheese, Poison Flask and Toxic Barrel.
- Encourages sustained fights where many enemies remain poisoned.
- Provides survivability and damage at the same time.
- Goes well with Chonkplate as the only other source of Overheal.
