Grandmas Secret Tonic is an Epic Item in Megabonk. Gives Crits a 50% chance to cause small explosions that damages nearby enemies. Extra copies of this item will not increase chance to trigger or damage dealt, but can slightly increase the explosion radius.
Explosion radius has a base value of 4m (meters) with a cap of 8m. Radius is affected by Size but will not increase until another copy of the item is obtained. Each copy of this item will increase the radius by 1m as well as any extra radius that would be gained by your Size stat.

How to Unlock
Kill 3,000 enemies with the Sniper Rifle.

- Works best with CL4NK or in builds using the Precision Tome to ensure all attacks are Crits.
- Pairs well with Forbidden Juice and Giant Fork for extra Crit synergy.
- Overpowered Lamp DOES grant extra chances to cause Crit explosions despite having no effect on the other Crit synergy items Demonic Blade and Giant Fork.
