Anvil is a Legendary Item in Megabonk. It is a powerful meta-upgrade item that enhances future level-ups: weapon upgrades can now have +1 to their stats, and you may be offered three choices instead of two.

To unlock the Anvil, the player must complete 3 Challenges.

The Anvil is one of the most powerful scaling items in the game, as it improves the quality of every single weapon upgrade you find after picking it up.
- The "+1 to stats" bonus is incredible. For example, a +5% damage upgrade becomes +6%, and a +1 projectile upgrade becomes +2.
- Being offered three choices instead of two gives you significantly more control over your build's direction.
- It is a top-tier item that is best acquired as early as possible to maximize the number of upgrades it affects.
