How to Unlock

Upgrade the Cooldown Tome to Level 5.

Universal offensive upgrade — more hits mean more on-hit effects and faster scaling.
Great for rapid-fire weapons like Firestaff, Lightning Staff, and Bananarang.
Increases aura tick rate on Aura and freeze frequency on Frostwalker.
