Removed text stating it has Duration as a potential upgrade since it doesn't. Redid basically the entire synergy section because it made no sense considering this game is an autoshooter and there is no real "aiming" to speak of unless you choose to with Sniper Rifle/Shotgun or you're using Dragon's Breath for some reason. We also don't need to waste people's time by saying that projectile count is good twice. Once is fine. Added upgrade table. |

The Wireless Dagger is an unlockable weapon in Megabonk. It functions as a "smart" weapon, automatically throwing daggers that seek out nearby enemies, allowing the player to concentrate on movement and dodging.
This weapon is a key progression item, as it is required to unlock the speedy character Tony McZoom.
How to Unlock
To unlock the Wireless Dagger, players must take the Lightning Staff during a run and upgrade it to Level 15.
The Lightning Staff is a starter weapon, making this challenge accessible early in the game. The most straightforward strategy is to begin a run, select the Lightning Staff, and prioritize its upgrades above all others. After the condition is met, the Wireless Dagger must be purchased from the Unlocks tab for 2 Silver.
Strategy and Synergies
- The Wireless Dagger's greatest asset is its homing projectiles which will seek out any enemies around them and can never miss. This makes its damage output very consistent regardless of enemy speed and distance so long as you are close enough for them to attack at all, and allows it to fit fairly well into most builds without too much concern for what tomes or items you have.
- Due to this weapon never missing, the Projectile Bounces and Projectile Count upgrades are very consistent ways to improve the Wireless Dagger's ability to clear swarms of enemies. Though you shouldn't neglect upgrading its base damage too or it may end up being too weak to kill all the enemies it hits quickly enough.
Upgrades
The Wireless Dagger can receive the following upgrades upon leveling up:
| Stat | Common | Uncommon | Rare | Epic | Legendary |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Damage | 2 | 2.4 | 2.8 | 3.2 | 4 |
| Projectile Count | 1 | 1.2 | 1.4 | 1.6 | 2 |
| Projectile Bounces | 1 | 1.2 | 1.4 | 1.6 | 2 |
| Projectile Speed | 0.1 | 0.12 | 0.14 | 0.16 | 0.2 |
