The Aura is an unlockable weapon in Megabonk that continuously damages enemies in a radius around the player. Unlike projectile weapons, Aura provides consistent protection and chip damage without requiring aim.

How to Unlock

To unlock the Aura, players must survive for **two consecutive minutes without taking any damage**.

  • This challenge is easiest on the first Forest stage, where enemy density and aggression are lower.
  • Playing cautiously, avoiding swarms, and keeping distance from ranged enemies helps complete the requirement.
  • After completion, Aura becomes available for purchase in the Unlocks tab for 1 Silver.

Strategy and Synergies

Aura excels at **close-quarters defense**, making it especially effective against swarming enemies.

  • Works best with characters who benefit from aggressive melee positioning.
