Luck Tome
The Luck Tome is one of the rarest Tomes in Megabonk. It increases your Luck stat, which affects the quality of rewards you get from level-ups, shrines, and sometimes item drops. Because it only unlocks from a very rare drop, many players won’t see it until much later in their playtime.

- Unlock: 0.01% chance drop from killing an enemy
Effects
- High Luck improves the chance of getting higher-tier offers from level-ups.
- Affects Charge Shrine rolls and chest rewards. Shady Guys have their inventory decided upon entering a stage so gaining Luck has a much more limited potential to affect their shop options.

How to Unlock
- Unlock requirement: Very rare 0.01% chance drop from enemies.
This makes it one of the hardest Tomes to unlock, since it requires grinding or luck.
Synergies
- XP Tome: More levels gained = more Luck Gained = more high rarity upgrades gained.
- Cursed Tome: More enemies means more XP dropped for faster leveling.
- Golden Tome: Stronger offers pair well with more currency to buy them. Alternatively Kevin + Golden Shield can be used to gain money for lots of items if you can heal more than the self-damage.
- Chaos Tome: As of version 1.0.19 Legendary upgrades are bugged and provide double the intended bonus.
Strategy Tips
- Don’t chase this unlock too hard — it’s more about luck than planning.
- Once obtained, invest in it early so you can snowball with better rewards.
- Works especially well in long runs where you can see many level-up screens.
Notes
- Considered a late-game Tome because of its very low unlock chance.
- More of a utility Tome than a direct combat booster.
